Support Levy
Your levy dollars bring our schools to life!

At CK Schools, we're proud of our strong programs and traditions. They were created by generations of students, families, staff and local citizens — maintained by a supportive community.

What Is a School Support Levy?

A school support levy helps ensure a well-rounded, quality education for our students. The levy helps pay for things the state still does not fully fund:

  • Activities and athletics
  • Arts and drama
  • Counselors
  • Libraries
  • Music
  • Professional development
  • Safety and security
  • Small class sizes
  • Special education
  • Teachers and staff
  • Technology
  • Transportation

For the past 20 years, Central Kitsap voters have continued to approve levy-supported services for our students.

Current school levy rate is $2.99. The proposed 2020 school levy rate is $1.50. Rate is per $1,000 of assessed value.

What Is the Current Levy Measure?

The proposed levy measure scheduled this winter will replace the current levy. Election Day is Feb. 12, 2019.

Are There Tax Exemptions for Senior Citizens or Those Who Are Disabled?
