  • Most schools: Monday, Aug. 21, to Tuesday, Aug. 22. Check your school's calendar for times and other registration information.

  • CK High: Thursday and Friday , Aug. 17 and 18

If you need to find out which school your child should attend, please call 360-662-1610.

Buses

We assign students routes and bus stops based on their home addresses. You can find bus stops and times through our online route service.

TIP: You will need to enter your full and exact address, as it would appear on a property assessment. For example: 1234 NW Mystreet. (Entering 1234 Mystreet or 1234 Mystreet NW would not work).

If your child was accepted as an in-district transfer (from one CK school to another), you are responsible for your own transportation. Central Kitsap residents may request to ride a school bus. You need to reapply each year. Seats are offered on a space-available basis.

Safe Walking

If your children walk, talk with them about ways to stay safe on the walk to school.

Find suggestions for safe walking routes in the Transportation section, under Services.

Lunch and Breakfast
