Substitute Notice of Reasonable Assurance
The annual notice of reasonable assurance is emailed in late May or early June. Regardless of whether you plan to substitute during the school year, you must acknowledge this annual notice by submitting a response via the reasonable assurance form. The link is in the Notice of Reasonable Assurance.
Sexual Misconduct Release Form
If you worked or substituted at other district(s) or private school(s) during this school year, you must complete a Sexual Misconduct Release Form for each of those districts and/or private schools.

- Select the link above to print and complete as many copies of the form as needed
- Or, stop by the Human Resources office to complete the form
- Submit forms to Substitute Services Program Secretary Marion Hudgins
- Forms can be mailed, dropped off, or emailed to [email protected].
- Do not send the forms to other districts or private schools
School Breaks
The calendar identifies the regularly scheduled breaks during the school year. As a substitute, you have reasonable assurance to return as a substitute after these breaks.
