CK Schools aviation students are soaring!
Eight students recently returned from a look at Horizon Air training facility in Portland, part of their summer internships with Horizon. Students toured the facility and participated in safety training – including a ride on the emergency exit slide!
This summer, students also have been behind the scenes at SeaTac, Alaska’s maintenance facility and Systems Operation Control.
The internships are part of a partnership between CK Schools and Horizon Air and parent company Alaska Airlines. Horizon was so impressed by our students that it expanded its internship program.
