It’s official! We are pleased to welcome Meghan Hein to our school board.
Director Hein was appointed to fill the vacant Director District 4 position and was sworn in during the regular school board meeting on May 11. She will serve the remainder of that term, which expires in November 2023.
Director Hein has three children at Emerald Heights, where she also volunteers. She believes in public education and is looking forward to supporting our students and staff as a school board member.
As noted during the candidate interviews for this position, governing our public schools is one of the most important responsibilities a citizen can undertake. We appreciate all the individuals who applied and thank them for their willingness to contribute their time and talents to our district.
